About

Hi, I'm Emily

The Texture Pallet is my studio — a place for layered, textured art made to feel warm and lived-in rather than perfect.

I fell in love with texture — the ridges a palette knife leaves behind, the grain of a board that's already had one life, the way a cream layer softens over sage. Every piece I make starts with those layers and ends when it finally feels finished under my hand.

I work in whatever material suits the piece: stretched canvas for large statement work, wood panels and reclaimed boards for pieces with history, small blocks for shelves and mantels, and hats and other wearables when a design wants to leave the wall.

My palette stays neutral and earthy on purpose — cream, sage, warm brown and soft blue — so pieces settle into your home instead of shouting over it. Because everything is made by hand, no two are alike, and once a piece sells it's genuinely gone.

If you'd like something specific, commissions are my favorite work. Tell me your colors, your size and your space, and we'll build it together.
